Bodily Injury Under the Homeowners Policy

 

The Insurance Services Office, Inc., homeowners form defines "bodily injury" as "bodily harm, sickness or disease, including required care, loss of services, and death that results." The definition of bodily injury does not specify that the cause must be sudden for coverage to apply; thus, sickness caused by repeated exposure to a harmful condition would be covered even though the sickness developed over a long period of time.   Read More
