The referral program works per the following: 

The buyer completes the application form in the desired category. The buyer must have an E-Mail address. The completed form will be sent to participating CIB member agents. This may be one agent or 50 agents. The agent(s) will calculate the premium and send the buyer a quote via E-Mail. The buyer can choose the agent which best fits their needs. At this point the buyer and agent must communicate directly with each other to formalize the insurance offer and acceptance. 

The agents/agencies subscribing to this service agree to the "blind" nature of this referral service. The information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and used only for work completed on the buyer’s behalf. The buyer will not receive phone calls based on the completion of the following forms unless the buyer specifically requests telephone follow up. The buyer must understand that agents/agencies have on going marketing campaigns and they may receive telephone solicitations from those ongoing marketing efforts. We ask that the buyer contact the CIB if they receive a telephone solicitation based on submitted information which is not requested.
