Resume Exchange Service
(confidential)
This is an
informal resume exchange program. Individuals seeking employment in the
insurance industry are encouraged to send their resumes to the CIB. The staff
at the CIB will categorize the resume as "sales" or "other". When a member
agency is looking to fill a position, they can call the CIB and we will send
them copies of the appropriate résumé's we have on file. The board does not
screen the candidates or try to match the person to the appropriate positions,
it simply sends copies of recent résumé's to a member upon request. This
service is free to members and not available to non-members. These resume's
are not be posted on the Internet.

have the applicants send their résumé's to the "department number" at the CIB.
