Work and Learn Program
The Work and Learn Training Program is designed as a way for an agency to evaluate the training needs of their staff and complete this training through various educational sources. It does the following: establishes an overall training plan for the insurance agency, evaluates the training needs of individuals, identifies these training needs, sets up a training track for these individuals, tracks the process and conducts classes and seminars to fulfill the training track for each individual.
