The Work and Learn Training Program is designed as a way for an agency to evaluate the training needs of their staff and complete this training through various educational sources. It does the following: establishes an overall training plan for the insurance agency, evaluates the training needs of individuals, identifies these training needs, sets up a training track for these individuals, tracks the process and conducts classes and seminars to fulfill the training track for each individual. • Master Agency Training Plan Worksheet. This form helps an agency establish a training track for various type of employee jobs.

• Training Needs Survey Worksheets - There are three forms here, General Knowledge, Personal Lines, and Commercial Lines. These forms help identify the training needs of for each individual in the agency.

• Individual Training Program Checklist. This form outlines the courses an employee needs to complete to become more proficient in their job. One of these is filled out for each employee.
