The Greater Cincinnati Insurance Board has been offering prelicensing education for both property/casualty insurance and life/health insurance for over 30 years. Our courses are designed and taught by insurance professionals. Classes are held at the CIB training center located in Red Bank Center Junction, 4760 Red Bank Expressway,  Suite 218, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227.  Directions to our location.
  • Approved by the Kentucky and Ohio Departments of Insurance
  • *PASS Package Textbook and Exam Simulator interactive online study system is included in the price of the class
  • Classes at your location available by special arrangement
  • Highest  overall Pass Ratios in the State of Ohio for public schools with over 25 exams taken according the the Ohio Department of Insurance report - Overall Pass Ratios for the Period  1/1/2007 through 6/30/2007.
  • An audio CD study aid  is available.  Cost  $25.00
  • Prelicensing courses have been approved in Ohio for twenty hours of continuing education credit. Additional fees apply.
  • Students can attend the same prelicensing course for free up to six months after completion of the course.
  • Member of the CIB can post Job Want ads on our Website at no cost.
  • Students can post resume's on our Website or use our confidential  resume exchange service at no cost.

*WHAT IS THE PASS PACKAGE?

  • The Exam Simulator PASS Package is a complete integrated study system. It includes a study guide and an interactive online topic question and a simulated exam which is integrated with the textbook. The study guide covers everything you need to know to pass your test, including each topic that is covered on the testing outline. You then use the online practice questions to test your knowledge of the topics in the book. Because the book and online practice questions are integrated, you'll be ready to test faster. Use the study by topic and simulate your exam  to track your progress. At the the end of the study process, the exam simulator will provide tests that are a representation of the actual exam, including length of time to test, subject matter, and topic weight.  This way, you will be well prepared for the and ready to pass the licensing examination.
  • The Exam Simulator interactive online topic and exam questions are designed to let you know when you are ready to pass your test. By using the study by topic sections, you will see where you need to direct your study attention. Then, you will simulate your exam. Exam Simulations are a representative of the actual exam, including length of time to test, subject matter, and topic weight
